I like going to this Mark's. For me, I find that they have a good selection of men's clothes. They also have a great selection of footwear. I buy my work boots here as well as a lot of my work clothes and hiking clothes. It's a good idea to watch the flyers because they get some good sales. You can also earn Canadian Tire money here. There is also plenty of free parking.
So I wanted to share my recent experience at your Marks store Calgary Macleod.
Today I visited your store to shop for some winter essentials. However, I couldn't help but notice that the security seemed a bit unfriendly when I arrived and he kept staring at mep. It made me feel a little uncomfortable and gave me the impression that they were suspicious of me, as if I were about to steal something.
Once inside the store, I browsed through the clothes and other items. Unfortunately, throughout my time there, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being constantly watched and judged by the security. It's really a shame because shopping should be a pleasant experience without any discomfort or feeling like someone is scrutinizing you from head to toe.
In the end, despite wanting to shop for more clothes, I decided to just purchase winter pants and leave!!! It's disheartening to have such an experience when all I wanted was to enjoy my shopping trip.

Came in today for new work footwear and was blown away at the selection compared to some of the other locations. Carrie helped me find my right fit and I was amazed at her level of customer service and compassion toward her customers. Excellent!!
One of the biggest branches in Calgary. Wide selections of products. You can find great quality clothes and shoes.

Luke was incredibly helpful in helping my fiancée get work ready for the rigs. He was incredibly eager to help and truly went above and beyond! He virtually ran to the back to try to find the stock they were supposed to have, when they didn't have it, he called another state and got them to find them so we didn't waste a trip. Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I've had all season. Shout out to Lyke for his incredible customer service!
Nobody here to help! This is a flagship store with great selection and stock, but I walked around endlessly for someone to help me with trying on boots. At one point there was three dudes waiting for help. Once help did arrive staff were competent and friendly. Staff need to focus on the customers and their needs before tasks.
Went in for a sale item. Did a bit more shopping for Christmas gifts. Helpful staff, no problem requesting multiple gift receipts.
Popped in last night and was helped by Sam and the level of service I received was astounding! I haven’t received service like this in many many years! Y’all need more people like Sam!
This was my go to marks. We came looking for a winter coat, which is no small amount of money. I couldn't find anyone to help me, and when I did, even the cashiersm were less then friendly and helpful. I probably won't be back to this locations.
Great selection of both work clothes and pleasure wear. Love the carhartt clothes. This store has a good industrial section.
